Ok I need a link to buy and an address to send this poor soul a new tip. Noiz pm me, I can't take it anymore. If anyone wants to chip in I'll be collecting quarters at the meet on tuesday :)

Hey mopar, I really appreciate the sentiment and it is very cool of you to offer such a thing but to be honest I would feel some messed up sense of guilt receiving such a pricey, luxury drip tip on someone else's dollar, lol. Since I've posted my other thread I have received a few PM's and I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for the amazing generosity that has been offered to me but to be truthful I have an emergency juice supply I bought on the way from CDN Vapor and still have 1 of my Cisco LR 306's to take the place of the lost atty (I luckily had the foresight to grab a spare before we left) so I should be able to squeak by.

I am truly grateful for all the offers but honestly this thread was just a means to vent and warn other accident prone folk like myself that a drip tip is a drip tip and can be lost in no time flat. I hope you guys and gals understand I'm not trying to be rude or stubborn in the slightest but the kind words of encouragement and understanding I have received from many of you are honestly worth more to me than a $30 drip tip any day.

Kinda cheesy, I know, but it's true.

Perhaps you should drill a hole between your two front teeth so it'll keep that nice drip tip and PV stuck in place 24/7 and you'll no longer have to worry about losing it ever again. Might look a bit funny but it'll save you money and grief in the long run.

Am I the only one who cringed when first reading this post?
Joke aside I have a metal DT and can only stand it for a short period of time, especially if I smack it against my teeth *ouch*

Well folks... The bad luck gremlins have got to me again. My last 306 atty died a few minutes ago (The first atty I have ever killed, EVER) and I am now stuck without a way to vape. I'm telling ya when it rains, it pours...

I was very diligent in keeping it wet, as always, but the last vape tasted disgusting and it went cold immediately afterward.

This is why I always keeps extras of everything. I would say especially attys. Attys will (generally) fail long before batts will. I just had my oldest beat up batt die on me a few days ago, and I'd been using it since February. I still had 3 in reserve, so I should be good to go for some time to come. But yeah, you'll always wanna keep extras of everything. Backup charger, backup batts, backup attys, juice etc etc etc. Can't exactly run down to the nearest gas station and pick up what you need like you could analogs ;)

Aha! It's about time some luck came my way! I found an old IKV LR 306 in one of my bags that Switched game me for review quite a few months ago now. I'm not sure how long it'll last but hey, at least it's somehting to keep me off of the stinkies. Switched buddy, you've saved me from falling back to analogs :)

Noiz,
I don't have any 306 atties but I have a couple of new 510LR I could send you for free. Though it would take a few days to Ontario.
Netter:p

Hey Netter, I've been really resisting taking freebies up to this point but I may just have to take you up on your offer. It's perfectly fine that they aren't 306's but I'll just have to get creative when it comes to a drip tip, lol.

Generally I do have plenty of extras and this is great advice for any vaper out there. You never know what can happen from losing things to faulty attys, batts etc.

I have 1 of my original eGo batts (bought when the eGo was still brand spankin new) that is still alive and kicking, but I have other newer ones that have failed and were turned into box mods long ago.

I am far away from where my usual stash of hardware is and that's the reason I only had 2 atties instead of the dozen or so I have sitting in my vape-box (cheap dollar store tackle box). But agreed, a vaper should hoard these things and not assume 1 or even 2 atties will be enough.

For the poster mentioning that it's hard to find drip tips in canada that aren't plastic or expensive stainless, Gentlemans reserve carries cheaper Aluminium drip tips.
3$ for a 510 tip.

I HATE plastic drip tips on the 306, I would gladly pay 25$ for a stainless one. The delrin ones always get loose.

Sucks about losing your super-T tip! I am always worried about that. They are so expensive AFAIK because they are made on a CNC machine in the USA out of solid bar stock.

Super-T even sells cheaper imported aluminium drip tips on his site.
