I have a few pink ego-t batts from liberty-flights and over the course of the last month they have turned purple!

The color on them is probably just some glued on paper. So, they color is deepening as you touch it. What with sweat, eliquid, skin oil, etc...

I do like the purple better too! But it was just scaring me that maybe the battery will blow up or something. lol
It's a matte finished paint that's absorbing the oils from your skin. Nothing to worry about.
I can't tell from a distance but looks like those aren't genuine eGo-T's. AFAIK Ovale designed the eGo-T and joyetech produces them. There are authorised resellers/partners out there (like Totally Wicked) selling their own rebranded version but yours doesn't look like one (do correct me if I'm wrong!)
My guess from a distance is that you have a kit made by a copycat that skipped on QA.
