Why are these so different?

I don't know if this is the right place to post or not, sorry if not! I bought replacement heads for my vivi nova tanks from GotVapes and Vapor Kings. You can see below I have labeled them. The one from Vapor Kings has 4 strands and the one from GotVapes just has one bigger strand. Is one of these fake? Why are they so different looking?

Good question, I would also like to know the answer. I have received both types of strands myself, but not from either of these vendors.
