whoever told you that about the leaking...they were either experiencing the classic ID10-t error, or they were lying...quite frankly the only mini sized clearo that I've found doesn't leak is the nova.

Sent from my EVO using Tapatalk 2

 How FUNNY! I had to look at that a couple of times before I finally got it!! ROFL I had an ID10-t error for a minute or two :p

one question, I use the regular size vivi nova but I would like to try the mini nova.
I read somewhere that the mini nova leaks if you leave it full overnight, any help.
also are the mini heads interchangable with the regular size ones. thanks

I rarely fill the mini all the way to the 2ml mark, usually I fill to a little over 1.5ml. I have never had mine leak, even laying on it's side.

My wife did have one leak in her purse, but it looked like it leaked out the mouthpiece. I am pretty sure it ended up a bit upside down in order for that to happen. It was filled to about 1.5ml also.

I finally tried vaping from a VN the other day at the local vape store. They're using them as a method of having more popular juices ready for vaping to try out. Just pop your own DT on it and check the flavor. I really enjoyed the flavor and it hit just right. I've got a handful of T2s and T3s from Kanger right now and they're just meh in my opinion. I may go ahead and switch to VNs ... I also like that they're 510 threaded.

So my one mini Vivi ... cleaned it good Friday night and let it dry out, then gave it a vodka bath and let it dry out.

*Then* I cut the wicks half their length. Now that has made all the difference in the world. My coffee juice actually vapes well now. Gonna pick up a few more here soon. Heh, now what to do with 5 T3s I bought on a CoOp, and 10 bases ... :p

But yeah, the mini VN just looks better on an eGo battery ... I think it's the slimmer form factor. The Kanger stuff is wider because of the eGo base.

I have been doing the same with my vivi's. I cut them so they are between 1/8-1/4" from the bottom of the tank and fan the edges out a little.

I didn't really measure ... just kind of eyeballed it to make them about the same length as the T2's wick. I for sure see a difference. My Cup of Joe coffee flavor for sure wicks better now.

I think my next step will be to use one of the heads I have and try rebuilding ... I'm a fan of cotton here .. so yeah.

I used a vivi for like two months but it wasnt putting out the vapor I wanted so I changed up to Genesis style atomizers and never looked back! Im not knocking them because I passed them off to my girlfriend and she loves them to death, its just im into rc cars and real cars and motorcycles and I like to build stuff and get bored with just vaping and no building it myself, lol! ;-) Im a mad scientist and need to build or I will go crazy! :)
