Hey guys,
I am having a very hard time finding a vendor who sells pre-cut cartomizers. I see that many vedors sell pre-punched cartos and would love to find a vendor that pre-cuts them as well. Does anyone know of a vendor who does this? I know I could slot them myself, but I do not want to buy a dremel just to save a couple cents on each one.

Probably nobody sells slotted because it's not worth the labor involved.

I wouldn't buy a dremel just to slot cartos, you can get just as good a result by punching them yourself, cheaper, no eye protection or electricity needed. A lot of people use a 1/4" self-piercing saddle valve, about $8. Cloudsofvapor sells a carto punch at $15 that looks good. I came up with a "DIY" carto punch (thread in the PIF forum area), runs $8 - $10 depending on how you get the 1/4-20 sheet metal screws.

I stopped slotting cartos for three reasons. One, the darn things kept taking chunks out of my tank's inner o-rings. I would end up dressing the edges with a polishing stone, but it started getting too time consuming. Second, pre-punched smoktech cartos are popping up everywhere at relatively cheap prices. Three, I picked up one of the COV mini carto punches (ring shaped one). The punch works well but the divot that's left after punching them tends to allow a little bit of juice escape if you refill the tank by sliding it up the carto. If you punch a hole for a stopper on the side of the tank for refilling (M1A1 tank style) then it's not much of an issue.
