Why can't i make a purchase

I just tried making a purchase, and it will not let me. Keeps saying that i need to fill in my email address put in a password in a field but there is no field for me to put it in. I didn't have this problem before when i bought my Ace so just kinda wondering if something is wrong on the site.

ok just tried it again but this time under a new customer. had to put in a different email though but at least it went through this time.

Yeah that has happened to me every time I try to place an order.

P.S. they are slow and have bad communication.

it happened to me too, BUT i just needed to sign in again. i got to the final screen and had to navigate away for a few minutes(in a diff tab)
i suppose the timer expired in my case tho.

i opened a diff tab, signed in, then refreshed the page that wouldn't go thru. worked for me.

If you clear your cookies/cache and restart your computer, this should clear things up. Still not sure why this happens- have talked to our software company several times about it and they can't figure it out. Sorry for the trouble!
