I'm new to this forum and to vaping in general. My friends have giant vv devices with pro looking set-ups and they got me started. I wanted a nice starter kit and lots of different e-juice and decided to order online. I chose a joyetech ego-C twist w/ vivi nova mini tanks. I tried ordering from almost 15 different sites last week and after multiple carts and check-outs I found out that most US based sites only accept US credit cards (or canada and guam). I finally found a couple of sites that had my items in stock and would charge philippine credit cards.
The first one cancelled my order without explanation. I got an email saying the status of my order changed. Status - refunded. The second site accepted my order, says paid and has been 'processing' for almost a week now. I wrote both these vendors and neither one has replied. Tried calling but the time difference makes that hard, left messages but got no replies. These sites were reviewed to have excellent customer service. Can anyone tell me what's going on?? Are the ego twists out of stock?? If so they should state that on the site. It can't be my card, I was charged already. I ordered e-juice from 2 other vendors and those have shipped already. I even wrote saying if it's out of stock i'll take any color if it makes shipping faster.
Can anyone help me? My shipping address is a US address though even if my billing is not. This is really frustrating, I want my e-cigarette already. I already have over 100ml of ejuice!! I would buy one locally but they don't have the ego twist here yet and everything else is either the crappy analog lookalikes, too technical, or crazy overpriced. Plus I already paid!
