Why can't I post a thread to any other forum but the new members area. I though I read that you had to post 5 times in here before you can post elsewhere. Am I wrong or what do I have to do to post elsewhere?

Don't know if its automatic or not. I have enough to finally post in other areas, but I can't post their yet, either.
I had 5 post before I made this post but as crxess said the server resets 20 min past the hour so that's what I probably have to do is wait for it to reset. Thanks for the feedback.

Even after the 5th post is made, the server cron jobs must run in the background to update your account. This happens at around 25 minutes after each hour.
