Why can't I post in the new members forum?

Allrighty then!!..I was justa little confused a minute,I will go back to trying to figure this vaping stuff out so I will be very confused.

you still can post but no longer can start a new thread in that forum. if you need more help try and find the relevant forum or join in an existing discussion in nm!
