It's not that I'm anxious to reply here but being an ECF Veteran (as it says in my avatar) why do I always get the message "you have insufficient privileges to reply here"?
Why can't I reply here?

You can only read closed, already responded to questions here in Ask The Veterans.
If you wish to participate and help reply to members questions, you need to go to Ask The Vets Answers and reply to open questions from there.
