Why did flavoring go bad?

My bottle of TFA Belgium Waffle has turned white and frothy, and I don't know why. I've only had it about one month, and only used a little bit once. My syringe was clean or new, and there is no way I cross contaminated it. My flavors are stored in plastic boxes with dividers in a kitchen cupboard.

There's nothing wrong with the flavoring other than you're seeing some of the ingredients separate and beginning to crystalize. Set the bottle in a pan of hot water for a minute or two and give it a good shaking and it should all be back to normal.

***Note: Sometimes you might see crystals settling in the bottle. you can set the
bottle in a pan of hot water and they will melt back into the flavor.
