why do i have conection problems with 510 to ego adapter

This only happens with my evod 2,s but whenever i use a evod2 on my mvp 20 watt ( gotta use the adapter ) it does not connect and the mvp just says nun on the screen. It only happens with the evod. When i use other tanks that need the adapter i have no trouble at all. What can i do to fix this? I have several evod2,s and almost all of them do this but none of the other tanks that need the adapter do it. The other ones work fine.

While otherwise well made and good products, many innokin models have problems with the threaded fitting being shade taller then it really ought to be, resulting in random connection problems. The extra height is just too much distance for some toppers.

You can try to wiggle the evod pin down a hair, which might do the trick. If not, then try to wiggle the MVP pin up a hair (turn it off if you do that. Just in case you hit the fire button with the straightened paper clip...)

Least desireable, since it adds height, would be to try a thread adapter.

Just toss them in your battery's 510 well every time you have a connectivity problem--like with your Evods.
