Just look at the blu, volcano, pure, le cig..etc.....they are exactly the same just a different design and brand. I want to start my own brand because i see an opening in this market and i want to know where they get these cigs from...any help??

I believe the e-cigs are meant to resemble a real cigarette to give people the feeling that they are not being deprived -- just simply replaced with something better and similar in all aspects of years and years of the habit of hand to mouth, blowing out a substance, throat hit, etc. Personally, I would never choose a box mod -- too silly looking and attention-getting to me personally, but each to his/her own here. thanks....i was talking about how isn't there a law that is being violated? arent there patent design issues or do they get the blank cig from a supplier?
Yep, there are patent design issues. What's more, some companies even claim to be true Joye510, for example, when they are not! Sure there's plenty for fussin going on over all this, LOL.
I truly suspect that some of those companies are owned by the same corp. Just look at the website site for blu, Luci, etc. and they are identical. I know Luci is physically located in Memphis. Can't say about the others.
They are all made in china - there are NO atties that are made here in the USA, despite claims to the contrary by disingenuous suppliers, batteries can be made here but the atties, not yet (alas) As for China, no idea how their patent laws work.
Btw - a lot of these things look the same because they ARE the same - just re-branded by the seller.
