For me RDAs were all about becoming self reliant.

When I started vaping (2011) the FDA was involved in a lawsuit, customs was seizing shipments, and the end of vaping was looming over our heads. (thank you njoy for not allowing that to happen)

Yes indeed, thank you Njoy!

Drippers are like little jewels, love em! :) and I`m not a cloud chaser.

I like Drippers well I'm in love with Drippers they flavor is amazing and I personally think building them is easier I'm no cloud chaser don't care for it! I'm all about flavor and nic hit. My magma is an amazing little rda that's hard to not use I just keep going back to it
I vape for flavor and nic hit too and love my magmas! Also love my veritas. I think the freshly dripped coils and wick deffinatly make the flavor outstanding.
There's also the versatility of different builds and wicks and coil-airflow placement that make drippers the ultimate vaping experience.

I use my drippers for clouds, flavor, and a nice warm vape. The flavor in drippers is so much better than non-rebuildables. And you can't really get that warm to hot vape from them either. I like to be able to try different builds too. Building in my drippers has become a hobby/passion of mine and I love doing it.

Never did like my kayfun.. swapped up to the orchid, and the orchid V4. better airflow, best flavor from a rebuildable tank, easier to build, have never gotten a dry hit on them, use mine on a full custom vtr gutted and converted to mechanical. use when driving, and at work. all other times its the doge dual 20g 5 wraps 1/8in drill bit with copper wide bore cap on a copper panzer. nothing beats the flavor. I'm just really inquisitive I guess. I used to ask my math teacher to show me that derivation again; the rest of the class would groan. Back to my last question, does anyone think that with other tanks the long run of cotton to the wick would filter out flavor particles in the juice? Seems logical and when I change out my wick it seems to contain thick, dense, almost syrup-like fluid. So the dripper with its short wick might not filter out as much flavor.
Thanks,
Kim

Wicking material can DEFINITELY play a role in flavor. Rayon, for example, gives me much better, fuller flavor than the silica wicks that come with standard heads. I would put cotton in the middle between these two.

Also I believe that wicks in tanks can have a sort of chromatographic effect, selectively pulling in some components of the juice faster than others. (Google "paper chromatography" for more info) A dripper doesn't have that problem because most, if not all of the liquid is already on the wick.
