Why do you prefer PG?

Hi everyone I know the properties of PG are extremely obvious as to their function, however I'm interested in what your personal reasons are for liking PG, do most do it just to save their coils, the more intense throat hit, does the nicotine delivery feel better, or is their a more detailed reason you like it as opposed to VG. I've heard recently (something I wasn't aware of) that some people have a VG intolerance, I didn't know if they meant they were actually allergic in some way, or if they simply didn't like the feeling etc., I've always been under the impression that VG is an antigen; hypo-allerginic. I'm one of those people that fell in love with VG the first pull I took, because I feel the nicotine rush is smoother, the throat hit is enough to let you know how much nicotine there is but doesn't actually irritate or dehydrate my anatomy, it produces (fun) gobs of vapor, and I simply like the idea that mother nature is doing most of the work as opposed to a industrial produced alcohol. I've always loved chemistry and physics however until I began my Bio-sciences declarate I never realized what PG was, it's a di-alcohol that's separated from propylene oxide (which is a volatile substance) via a strong acid (usually mass produced with sulfuric acid). Which doesn't mean that it's unsafe at all relax PG lovers (I like a small amount in my ratio sometimes too), I simply like the idea of a nice naturally coated nicotine molecule going in my body, as opposed to an alcohol that simply evaporates and drops the molecule in my body. I've always been very in tune with my body, and something about PG makes me hesitate, I see it as orange soda as opposed to orange juice if that makes sense , maybe I have a PG intolerance and I'm just being tough about it? Anyway I'd love to hear what ECF bodies say about PG.

Glycerin is very simple to make. Add methanol and sodium hydroxide (lye) to vegetable oil, separate out oil from glycerin. In fact glycerin is a waste by-product of making biodiesel.

I can't vape 100% VG; I prefer a 70/30 PG/VG ratio for best performance, viscosity, flavor and vapor production.

Whether i'm blending my own or buying liquids i tend to go for PG blends since the flavour tends to be a little stronger and the throat hit is better If i feel like being a human cloud producer for the day i'll throw in a VG Blend but i'll usually regret it by the end of the day when i have to replace my coils

I prefer 50/50 because too much pg makes me queasy but I like it because vg is thick and hard to mix.

I prefer 70 % PG at the moment. Because more than 30 % VG makes my mouth feel like it's been turned into creme brulee - not in a good way.

Im on the other side of the fence... I prefer 100VG, PG has a tendency to make my throat tender... not saying that I have an allergy or anything like that but when I use it I have the urge to cough, and do so quite often... so VG is for me

70/30 or 50/50 PG/VG seems best tolerated by most people

I've had a few times that VG will make my throat and lungs feel like they have thin phlegm in them.

I'm using 70-80%vg in my diy with 10% PGA or distilled water to thin it out. Any more pg then 20-30% and I have allergic reactions (conjunctivitis).
Have never tried 100% vg because most flavourings are pg based.

Pg pours easier, takes me a second to fill a tank. VG is thick and sticky, takes me a minute to fill a tank
