Why Does My Battery Flash While Charging?

I have a 901 and today when I charged the battery the light on the end flashed red the entire time it was screwed into the wall charger. It didn't seem to actually take a charge either since it only lasted about 20 minutes after a 2 hour charge. I am really ...... right now since I am smoking analogs. GRRR

Anyways, I have 2 manual 901 batts coming with a USB pass through so I should be good next week, but seriously. These batteries are about a week old with not much use. Seriously?

It happens...you'll get a bad battery or atty ever once in a while. You might try contacting the supplier to see if they'll replace it for you.

You didnt say whether the Batt is auto or manual, if it is an auto, take it and tap it on a table a few times at both ends, the inside contact switch may be stuck, if its a manual do the same and push the button in a bunch of times working it, sometimes these batts stick, especially when they are new

Its an auto battery. The ones that came in the starter kit for the 901.

Tap it around a bit, shake it. Might work out for ya. I had a bad manual batt come with my no box 510 kit. Emailed madvapes and they sent a replacement out to me the same day!
