Why does my juice change color?

My everyday vape is a DIY menthol watermelon, pink in color. When I use a tank, as soon as sunlight hits it, it goes to a clear color. Why is that? Must be UV rays as it is not affected by the lights in my house. Will this affect the taste?

Oxydation;this is why its recommended to keep them in a cool dark place...but we cant do that while vaping!

Oxydation and its heated by the atty wethere we want it or not.
