So I went to my lical shop today and grab 2 bottle of the same juice same nic level and noticed they were 2 diff colors so I asked him if one had been in the shop longer therefor steeping longer and he said no that they were diff colors bc of the sunlight hitting on of them from it being in the front row of juices.

Does this change in color from sunlight effect the taste of the juice at all, or will both these juice 1 clear 1 more of a browning color, taste the same?

I think they will taste different how much not sure. I make my own so I can't say that has happened to me. Rule is keep your stuff in a cool dark place. That is why the higher end juice come in a darker bottle

And now that you mention it I noticed that the juice in my tank would be a different color when I would go to refill and didnt understand why now I know

On that, sometimes something in the liquid "caramelizes" by the heat of the atomizing, leaves residue on the wick and bleeds back into the liquid. From my experiences almost every watermelon liquid I use goes in tank a light yellow, but quickly turns dark.
Just saying, in your tank, I might not be just sunlight making it darker.
