I have some 1.7 Resurrector's from crystal clear vaping, now they work great for me (most of the time) but now and then I get one that "pops" when-ever I take a drag (puff, toot, or what-ever..haha) and it leaks just a little from the battery end. I use these carto's in my tank mods, with my silver bullet or my K-go...My ?? is ..why does it do that ??? any answers would be great thanks.....JRL

but how come not all of them do this ??? this one is loud !

Could be a difference in juice viscosity and wicking. Could also vary depending on how wet you the filler is. I've noticed my 1.7's pop more when just filled or topped off than if they're down a bit.

Then again it could just be one of the rare 1.7's that are "slight lower" resistance (package says +/-0.2ohms) and it could be getting just a bit hotter.

If it's leaking liquid out the hole in the bottom (batt end) that means it's full of juice. blow gently through the top and it'll get the excess juice out. all cartos pop and crackle when they're new. if this one does it more than the others you've had maybe you just got one that's "off" ... if it's bothering you chuck it and fill another.

Like this John....

This was on my homemade atty so its not just cartos....I think what is happening is when the coil heats up a pocket of liquid in the center of the wick becomes super heated and explodes...seems to happen on low resistance coils more because they get the outside of the wick hotter faster not giving the liquid in the wick center time to heat evenly...like putting a drop of water between two hot frying pans. My thoughts anyway...
