Why doesn't anyone sell a hollow mouthpiece for direct drippers?

Well when I think about T-tips I don't think of a mouthpiece you can drip through, and I wasn't thinking about just making a single mouthpiece, I was thinking about a mass produced product.

Alright, I'll bite. Why don't you like dripping through T-tips?

(Anticipating your answer) Maybe try using needle tipped bottles. (And again) Yeah, you can't count the drips, but I'm sure you'd get the hang of it.

Bristow, Ok.
I tail pipe on a 801. I like the flavor of the juice better this way. A 901 is too short to tail pipe. If there was a longer tube so you could drip and have the tail pipe effect I would like the 901 and 501 better. I have T tips. They are nice but seem bulky to me. If they were longer and a bit more open I think I would love them. I think stainless steel would work nice.

I really don't want this thread to be about T-tips, I posted a review on their thread which I saw you posted on.

And I don't want to put all my liquids in needle tipped bottles or use a syringe.

Have you considered the 510 mega-attys? Same as a regular 510 atty, but just has a longer tube.

Can't tailpipe on an eGo unless you take the atty cover off, and I'd rather not have the warm to hot feeling on my lips.

That really wasn't necessary, but I guess now I have to give my review of your product to make it fair.

Firstly, I was really looking forward to getting this, I thought what an awesome looking mouthpiece and I can direct drip through it.

My thoughts after experimenting with this mouthpiece for a few hours.

I would say this is a nice mouthpiece if you don't mind taking it off everytime you drip, or if you don't mind using a syringe or a needle nose squeeze bottle to drip.

Here's how I came to this conclusion -

I did this over 15 times using multiple attys, and using up to 5 drops of eliquid.

I first blew out my atty, took a couple of drags to make sure it was dry, added 2 drops of eliquid directly to the addy bridge and placed the SS T-Tip with the larger opening on, I immediately got a nice drag with flavor and vapor. I then cleared out the addy like before, added 2-5 drops of eliquid, this time dropping the eliquid through the mouthpiece and took a drag, I didn't get anything but a tiny bit of flavor and vapor. I took a few more drags and still didn't get much.

I've tried so many different ways of dripping, I've tried different liquid blends, dripping from different angles, dripping different amounts, shaking my device afterwards, waiting up to 1 minute afterwards. I occasionally get a good drag right away but it's so inconsistant.

Just out of curiosity how is it that you know you only dripped two drips before putting the T-tip on but then you say 2-5 drips once it was on?
You didn't count the drips once you put it on or you are saying you dripped multiple different times using different amounts each time within that range?
If it is the first option then I have to wonder if you put to much and flooded the atty as that would cause that result.
I don't own a T-tip and have no vested interest so I'm not trying to debunk what you're saying just curious about what exactly you are saying.

I was testing the mouthpiece, and since 2 drops didn't work well I tried up to 5 drops, and I cleared out the atty and took a couple of drags after every test.

Sounds like its time for another poll.

Mold costs for a simple round tube, come on. And not enough market? What percentage of vapors do you think are drippers? I would guess over half drip sometimes. And I'm too lazy and unmotivated to design and patent one, I'm sure someone here who needs the money can do that.

Do you wait a couple seconds between drops? That seems to work okay for me, gives the mesh time to absorb the liquid.

I tried waiting up to 5 seconds between drops, still doesn't work.

If you take off the mouthpiece and try to drip you'll see the drops don't go through, they get stuck in the mouthpiece. I tried many times to get the drops to go straight through, I can't do it. At some point the liquid drops into the addy but I don't think it drops straight down, I think it's running down the sides and coating the sides of the atty. Just a guess.

That's odd. I don't have a problem at all with this and the T-Tip. The consensus of those who have used the T-Tip seem to adore them, I KNOW I do. This morning I'm using the Rath VG Waffle juice (yummy!) which is this the thickest juice I've ever used and still no problem at all on either my eGo or my 801. (I drip right through the T-Tip hole, btw -- I'm way too lazy to pop it off the atty. LOL!)

What you're describing doesn't make sense, LoveMe. Liquid in a hollow tube HAS TO find its way down to the porcelain cup at the base of the atomizer bridge/coil. This is a real poser. Good luck to you.
