In the US ecigs are considered high risk for fraud. So PayPal and other processors do not work with companies selling product that are considered high risk.
from what i understand, paypal will not do business with any company selling anything relaing to nicotine consumption in the US. funny though that they have no problems doing business with foreign companies selling the same.
PayPal would freeze the vendors account. I believe they treat anything e-cig related as if it were a tobacco product and won't allow any US vendor to use them.
Its just as inconvenient for retailers. However if you understand the charge back side of credit it would make sense to you. I do credit analytics as a part of my job...for a large fortune 500.
Wow, I had no idea Paypal had those rules. Pretty funny cause I have a Paypal credit card for my paypal account. I should start using that just to piss them off. Lol
lol...it's not weird, they're based in the uk but have a shop in CA so they can get away w/ it - they're not the only ones but def the largest w/ the most inventory. Pretty much have everything. Problem solved.
