Why is Hangseng so cheap?

I mean cheaper than Dekang. Anyone ever had it? I want to try it but don't want to be stuck with a huge bottle I can't vape.

Well, that's a bit less. Are all Dekangs all PG?

Dekang is available in VG base. Cignot and Hit Liquid have Dekang VG liquids.
