Why is it so thin?

Hey guys I purchased this nicotine liquid here. PG with Nicotine 60 mg/ml - Void Mist

I was wondering why the liquid seems so thin compared to what I got when I got my starter kit from DIYshack. The nicotine that came with DIY was SUPER thick almost like liquid wax. The liquid from voidmist is almost the same thickness as straight PG. It actually has more nicotine (60mg) compared to the DIY which was 48. Thanks

I've bought 100 mg and 36 mg PG nicotine liquid and both are extremely thin.

PG is much, much thinner than VG. It's almost like water. It's also much harsher than VG and doesn't produce as much vapor.

Im pretty sure it was PG based, maybe not. Perhaps you can help me, I know that we dilute it down with pg/vg but why is there a "base" for the nicotine liquid? So there is no such thing as straight nicotine liquid? it has to have PG or VG to be in liquid form? thanks

Pure nicotine is exremely dangerous. That's why it's diluted in pg/vg.

100% PG is fairly thin but some producers seem to make it even thinner - don't know what they do to achieve that or why they'd want to.

yes esp, it's the PG thinning it out. I have 100mg / 100% VG and it's like glue.

My last question didn't get answered really, so every nicotine liquid is going to have a "base" of pg or vg even though you are using vg or pg to dilute it? So if I got say 24mg nicotine liquid with a PG base and I wanted 24 mg. strength nic juice I would just add a few drops of flavor and not need to add any extra dilution from PG or VG separately? Thanks!

Yes, nicotine is dissolved in either PG, VG or a blend of both and it comes if different concentrations, usually 100 mg/ml, 48 mg/ml or 36 mg/ml. People use them to DIY or to vape flavorless, like I do sometimes.

Juice manufacturers buy nicotine base and add flavorings, colorings, sweeteners and/or extra PG, VG, alcohol or distilled water to flavor the eliquid and to achieve the perfect consistency for vaping.
