This is a very excellent beginner step into vaping kit for many reasons. Starting with it comes with everything a new vaper excluding juice to get them started at a relatively inexpensive price. This particular kit can be tailored to the individual by colors, size of battery base, and models, it offers a flexible complete system. But it is also one that alllows a wide range of experimentation to allow a new user a glimpse of what Variable Voltage can do, as well as refurbishable tanks in both Bottom Coil type and Top Coil type. If suggesting this in person as I carry a pair of Joyetech Ego Twist 650mahs and my SLB Ego-V Mega v2 1200mah with me as they are my backups to my much more advanced Innokin SVD I can explain things in more detail. The configuration of this kit without being in person can go a couple of ways I would suggest, one of the Ego Twist 1000mah and Vision Spinner 1300mah, 2 of the Ego Twist 1000mah or 2 of the Vision Spinner 1300mah. Basic rule of Milli-Amp Hour rating of a battery or "mah" for every 100mah rating = approximately 1 hour of usage for moderate usage at a basic voltage, example basic Ego battery outputs about 3.3 volts, so these Twists and Spinners, when you go up in voltage 100mah might give 1/2 hour usage at highest setting, 3/4 hour usage at medium setting of about 4.0-4.2 volts, so the higher your "mah" bought, longer the battery can go between recharges, and 2 batteries are a minimum to keep vaping without interuption. I also personally carry both top and bottom coil clearos, but again without being in person showing someone the strengths and weaknesses, I would suggest getting one of each type with this kit as once this kit is bought the first major expense is already overcome, basic refurbishable clearos like these are relatively inexpensive at 3-4 USD to 10-15 USD (USD = US Dollar) and can be planned on more being purchased as backups. As far as these tanks offered in this kit I seriously wished instead of the CE4 Stardust clone or iClear16 offered one of the top coils offered in the kit were Vision Vivi Nova Minis or Standard Vision Vivi Nova to match the tank capacity of the T3's offered in the kit instead of the cheap 1.6 mil iClear16 and CE4. However, 1 of the T3/MT3/Evods I would suggest as one of the attachments, then the iClear16 over the CE4 Stardust they call "Vision Ego Clearomizer Version 2.0", its just the Version 2.0 CE4, meaning it is refurbishable compare to the version 1.0 was use until dead, toss, buy another. The T3/MT3 being suggested is because of capacity, full top off my, now, T3s's (upgrade to the basic T3/MT3, still same tank as the T3/MT3, only the base is now like the Evod/Protank, replaceable head of instead replacing the whole base/head assembly the T3/MT3 use, the T3s/MT3s head screws down into the base assembly) shows 3.0 mil capacity when fully filled, twice the capacity of the Evod/CE4/iClear which are all about 1.6 mils juice, longer usage between refills

, thus why I state wish the kit offered a Regular Vision Vivi Nova which has a 3.5 mil capacity. Now getting one of each of the T3/MT3/Evod tanks and one of the CE4/iClear16 tanks gives a new user the broadest view of what they will like, Voltage, tank type to get all their sweet spots in vaping touched. These spots are coil placement, cooler bottom coil to warmer top coil, though both coil reach same temperature, closer the coil is to your mouth, less time vapor has to cool, I prefer bottom coil on my variable devices and top coils on my set/regulated devices, ie my 1000mah Ego-T passthroughs and 510 cig-alikes as example. Also, 1 of each different type of attachment, shows the strengths and weaknesses of each coil placement, top coils great flavor and warmth though you are constantly having to tilt them up or twirl them to keep the wicks wet, to the bottom coils strengths of they rarely get dry as they are constantly immersed in liquid (angle independent) great cooler vape but have the downside of they will gurgle and potential seep onto the battery connector when they get down to about 1/3 capacity left and they build up condensation faster than a top coil. Getting a glimpse of how these 2 types of attachments perform, if they like the bottom coil T3/MT3/Evod or the top coil CE4/iClear, points them in the direction of what they need to purchase later for replacement heads, and couple more tanks of that type and where to look at for the latest greatest tank that is such and such coil everyone that likes such and such coil placement is talking about. With the Variable Voltage option right out of the gate, this kit offers dialing in their flavor, throat hit, and vapor production per what liquid they are using, along with fine tune the battery to the ohm rating of the tank coil, higher ohm coil, needs a nudge up in voltage to reach the same temp in wattage on the coil that a lower ohm coil would reach at a lower voltage, example I like my coils at around 2.0-2.5 ohms and like the temp to reach around 8 watts on my tobacco and RY4 flavors and about 6.5 to 7 watts on my fruit flavors, 2.0ohm at 8 watts is 4 volts to 2.5ohms at 8 watts is about 4.5 volts, 2.0ohms at 6.5 watts is 3.6 volts, 2.5 ohms at 7 watts is about 4.2 volts, a basic Ego battery at a set/regulated 3.3 volts, you have to look at changing the ohms of a tank constantly to keep consistent, where with a variable volt/variable wattage battery or base is easier to tailor and tune in with just a twist of a dial or couple pushes of a button. So with this kit tailored to user preferrence of battery size, color, type, as well as tanks type and colors, the last thing the new user has to look at is experimentation of what liquids they will purchase to vape with which is again subjective to the user, fruity, deserts, tobaccos, menthols and mints, drink flavors, what could be suggested liquid wise is depending on length of time user has smoked or used tobacco, as well as amount, can be pretty much guessed what nicotine level to start at. Half pack a day user of say Camel lights for 10 years, possibly nic content of liquid 1.2% per volume (12mg per milli-liter), 3/4 pack a day to full pack a day user of Newports for 20 years, a menthol or mint flavor with a nic content of 1.8% per volume (18mg per milli-liter), and I couldn't suggest what liquid type right out the gate as everyone's taste is different, what sets my bells off as the shizzle could to another user be utterly puke-eriffic, and only trial and error on the individual user's part can narrow this down. Vendors can be suggested, and another suggestion, get samplers of different flavors from a vendor as these samples can be anywhere from 3mils to 10mils in size. Here, from my perspective lies the strengths of this particular kit based upon price, and components it offers in a basic, entry level kit. I seen listed above someone posted a link to the Innokin iTaste V3, there for its price is probably one of the best units to get started with, again in my opinion as it offers one other thing the first kit doesn't offer, Variable Wattage or Variable Power, which even more fine tunes taste, and biggest advantage it is set and forget compared to variable voltage is manual set per attachment, VW/VP slap the attachment on, device reads the coil resistance, automatically adjusts the voltage needed. Hope I explained some things with a little more clarity.
GL on your road to being analog and smoke free =)
