Hello, I am having some issues here. I've got four Vivi Nova tanks. I have three that I bought online that are all the same. They have 4 air holes down by the 510 connector, and the atomizer heads are short and have a flat top on the rubber cap. Then, today I bought one at a local brick and mortar store and it has larger atomizer heads that have a pointy cone in the rubber cap and the airholes are not on the 510 connector but on the larger metal disc that forms the bottom of the tank. All four have long wicks.
The ones that I bought online have all worked perfectly. The one I got today that is different has a constantly burnt taste and does not seem to be wicking properly. When I showed the guy at the store that it was different from the ones I had, he told me that this was the newer one.
First question: I understand there are like 3 or 4 different models of Vivi Novas, is this the newest one? If so, I may need to look into something else because this will not work for me.
Second question: Am I doing something wrong, is there some way to change it so that it works better?
