Why isn't my pic by my posts anymore?

When I first uploaded my picture it was next to my post and now it's not. Anybody know why and how I can fix this?

Ok, figured it out, but I can't delete this for some reason.

I'm still not sure why it showed my pic under my username on my posts before when I uploaded my profile pic, but it stopped, so I uploaded it as my avatar and *poof* there it is

not too difficult.... guess I could have tried a little harder before I posted.... sorry
