Why Malboro prefills in kits?

I am an ex Kools smoker, I have a 510, Hello 016, and a 901 on the way. I notice that the kits I see come with Marlboro pre-filled carts. Some also offer menthol. I'm just wondering why so many come with Marlboros?

Likely just a marketing thing. Don't know the exact ratio or regular tobacco cigs to menthols but I'm guessing 4 to 1, so more Marlboros - the most popular non-menthol cig.

And most starter kits are purchased by smokers (rather than experienced vapers). They expect an e-cig to taste at least something like an analog cigarette, rather than bubble gum or kung pao chicken (or whatever your favorite e-liquid flavor is).
