Why no reply to URGENT ticket for three days

Please tell me why my urgent ticket (5T9-Y4L-4N7J (Ticket number: 45424) has not been answered!!! I opened a ticket three days ago, commented twice since then, but still no answer! Why has my parcel not been shipped for three days?
Please check and reply! Very urgent.

By the way; I have been shopping at Health Cabin since 2009 and have made 27 orders. This is the first time that I have been disappointed !
