Why no shipping to Canada?

Just wondering why you don't ship to Canada? So much more expensive for me to order from Cloud 9 in the UK for my GG stuff?

Is Canadian shipping an option you might consider?

I've NEVER had a any problem getting my hardware or nic from any American or Chinese vendors. Puresmoker, Mist-Stix, Eastmall, Atmosusa, Johnsons Creek, and Thagbuilt.

Stay away from labelling the packages a e-cigarettes and name them electronic vaporizers and never had any problems.

Sorry for the re-post, I just noticed you'd been asked a month ago the same thing and wondered if there was any updates.

I'd be a willing guinea pig if you like!!! PM Steve at puresmoker and ask if he's ever had any troubles with Canada Customs, that should set you straight.

Rob ,help out my fellow Canadian here and hook him up with shipping to Alberta even though the Flames and the Oilers suck !! lol , I have a US PO box to avoid any issues but if it is just hardware there is never a problem with shipping to Canada and if marked correctly liquid goes through no problem either .

I would just need hardware for my GGT that I had to buy used off the classifieds because of shipping restrictions with vaporkings. I NEVER buy liquid in Canada....too pricey. Never had any problems in 8 months with shipments.

Just looking for a supplier for imeoatties and any new trinkets Imeo comes up with, like the GGTS. If you say no to juice, I would understand, but hardware is definitely not restricted for import.

Check with other suppliers in the USA, their stuff is getting through, no reason why yours wouldn't.

From browsing the Canadian sub-forum, it appears that if customs does stop an order from coming in, they just send it back to the supplier. Supplier then ships it back a second time and most times it gets through on the second go. I also read that the supplier can simply refund the purchase price to the buyer, but not their shipping cost. Kind of a buyer beware thing, but only about a $15.00 hit if it doesn't get through (which is rare).

The only way I could do Canada shipping is hardware only and the customer takes all responsibility for lost items once they leave here.

Customs is treaky... what about putting insurance on the package... that way you no have worries of the product on the senders end and the receiver will be insured for anything lost or stolen.... Hey ROB can you add that to your sight under the shipping to add insurance?

Hmm it might be a good thing to look into just for future reference. Just in case.... but I do understand why you dont want to ship to canada.... liability reasons. But if the person on the receiving end is willing to take that chance and is willing to sign on line by clicking on a form, stating your not responsible for the package once its in the Postal Service's hands due to customs then I say go for it.

Thanks again emonty. I do see though that Cloud9Vaping (Lisa) ships to Canada. Shipping prices are a little steeper than Vaporkings, but after canadian currency conversions, her prices are a little cheaper than Vaporkings. It's about the same price in the long run.

I got a letter from Customs stating my package contained nicotine in bottle from and cartridges. This was the second shipment. The first time it was just sent back after 22 days. They shipped it both times EMS.

I wouldn't be ordering anything containing nic anyway.

I've never had an ordered stopped containing juice though from international vendors. Have ordered about 3 liters of juice in the last 8 months.

It comes down to asking the vendor to not label anything with the word "e-cigarette" or "nicotine". Vendors are catching on though. They don't want to have your order stopped either.

Great news Rob!!! Shipping would be way faster from the USA than overseas.

Canadian shipping is now up and running. However please do not try to order liquid or pre-filled cartridges...I am only shipping hardware at this time. If you order starter kits I will ship the hardware with blank cartridges instead of pre-filled. If your order contains e-Liquid I will refund the liquid cost and ship only the hardware.
