Why no tamper-proof seal on e-juice bottles?

Throughout the months I've ordered various juices from various companies. And after many bottles of experimenting I've gotten an idea of what I like in terms of flavor. leaning toward the RY4, DK Tab, 555 flavor grouping.

I've ordered and used both the Chinese and American made e-juices and personally from a flavor perspective, I prefer the DeKang.

One point that always bugged me was the lack of any tamper-proof seal over the opening of the bottle. I wonder how many hands have been on the bottle since it left the factory in China?

Are re-sellers simply buying large volume bottles and just refilling them into the smaller 30ml bottles to sell to the public? I figure if this is the case, all the safe and sterile precautions done at the Factory in China can be jeopardized by unsafe handling procedures .

I recently saw the You-tube video of the guy that went to China and showed the facilities where the DeKang e-juice was made. I also looked up the DeKang website which lists their certifications. I liked what I saw, very professional, clean and sterile environments.

My question, If I order direct from the manufacturer in China, does the bottles have tamper-proof seals?

The 50 ml Dekang bottles from madvapes have a tamper-evident seal at the base of the cap that snaps off when you twist, though on one or two it didn't snap off at all. Not sure if that's how they come from Dekang. MadVapes offers a few Dekang flavors in custom strengths, and these come in regular, non-sealed bottles, so I'm assuming the 50 ml are straight from the manufacturer. Totally Wicked seals their bottles in plastic.

Who issues the certifications?

My mistake, the website I was looking at wasn't DeKang but Shenzhen Boge. But I did find certificates on the Dekang site.

Not sure if I can post links but here go's:

Changning Dekang Biotechnology Co., Ltd.

I'm not sure how business works in China, are they separate companies or all state owned???

But I have heard of ISO 9001 before. If my understanding is correct, ( feel free to correct me if Im wrong). It is issued to companies that have achieved a high quality of standards that are recognized worldwide.

If I was buying off of a retail shelf, I would be concerned. But these products are coming directly from the supplier to you. The chance of tampering is nil.

This.

My understanding is that tamper-evident seals were implemented because crazy people were messing with Tylenol and babyfood on store shelves.
