What exactly are you asking for? A charger that plugs into an electric source with a micro slot(I have never seen one of these) and a typical ego screw on or a battery that has a micro slot to charge?
I can't imagine going through product design, testing, and production would be profitable for the all of 10 people who would rather have a charger for a micro rather than a standard usb slot which everything but kitchen sinks come with these days.

eGo's that charge with a micro usb cord are quite common.

If you want a VV eGo that has a micro charger I recommend this:
SLB eGo-V v2 MEGA 1200mah PassThrough eGo 3.0-6.0v OLED - BLACK [gv-SLBeGo-VMEGA-BLACK] - $35.95 : GotVapes.com, E-cigarette Supplies - Atomizers Cartomizers Mods Juice and more
It's super pricy, though.

I like the look of that Joye eGo, I have been getting buy without VV so far so I can't miss what I've never known. R77, this has the normal thread to work with most ego accessories/ clearomizers?

    Yup, 510 w/ego threading.

I feel that way about upgrading PV's also, I have stuck with this setup since I've started (3.7 ego + 2.0 Ohm Boge). Very occasionally I think about a 1.6 ohm Boge, but it passes. What got me off cigs has kept me off.

Something that just produces steam isn't that interesting to me to invest in.

    Happy Vaping

I have been using a KGo VV 650 that has a micro usb and is passthrough. I have enjoyed everything it does. The small LED screen telling me the voltage is why I choose it over an ego spinner of similar price. I grabbed mine from sweetvapes.

Not sure about links (people keep saying this in the new user forum that I have been perusing, so I will say it too), but a quick google using the above info will land you there.

Careful with those batts you have, some are not actually PT's, they just charge that way. If you run the batt all the way down, you can't vape while charging-like a true PT.

Ok, skimming the thread and it looks like people are mixing up micro and mini USB
In this pic; http://images.wisegeek.com/micro-usb-mini-usb-and-standard-usb.jpg, standard is on the right, Mini is center and Micro is on the left

One thing of interest is these 2 mods that were posted earlier
Despite being of similar construction, the Apollo uses a Micro USB while the SLB uses a Mini USB
