Alright so a few days ago I posted here about some clowns selling me a mech mod for my first vape.. which was reckless of them so I took it back and forced them to exchange it for a completely different vaporizer ( they made a big deal about it and acted like the mech mod was perfectly safe for a beginner with ICR batteries ) anyway I got a vape pen ego and the charger has been giving me problems. At first when I plugged in the charger the red light wouldn't stay steady.. depending on which way the cord was bent so obviously it had a loose connection.. I managed to fix it ( for now ) and when I plug in the vape pen there is no indiciation on the vape pen itself ( I was assuming the button on the vape would indicate some color that it is charging, but it doesn't ) I have ' charged ' it for going on a total of 3 hours now.. nothing. It still blinks and indicates that it is low on battery when I go to use it.

The only difference with this vape pen I noticed verses what I see online is that instead of screw into the top of the battery with the charger, it has a micro usb looking port on the bottom and a cap screws off and the charger plugs in the micro usb like a phone would. I guess my question is should I try anything different and should there be any indication on the vape pen button when plugged in? The only indication light is on the charger itself, on the wall connector plugged into the outlet.. which stays red the entire time.

I purchased a kbox from a different store ( and amazingly it works ) image that, so thankfully I knew not to put all my eggs in one basket, however when I received the vape pen mentioned above it was charged and worked perfectly, now since it needed to be charged it won't ever refill.. the charger just sits on red. Thank you

I wanted to add that the light as started flickering again on the charger itself and the red light stays red plugged into the vape or not.. i stopped trying to charge the vape.. too risky to ruin a good battery over a faulty charger. I tried cleaning the connections with a Q-tip.. I tried removing the atomizer, i tried charging the battery on and off.. nothing works. I could go back to the same store for a replacement again.. but I may be better off just purchasing a brand new charger from a different store.

Disappointing.

Thats a real pain in the .....Like you I am new to this & was worried something like that might happen. Thus far I have been OK with my V2 Ecigs Shisha.
But I must add that both my V2 chargers stop working if they are knocked even slightly. They have a USB connection to the wall charger which is obviously very delicate.
Hope things get better mate!
