I can understand the problem about export laws, but why can't PS server accept credit cards, but from US, Canada, Australia and....Puerto Rico (?)...?

I live in the Middle East, but I often need to send items from PS, to US destinations...NOT possible...Because my credit card is not issued in Puerto Rico

no idea, but i would venture a guess that it's related to the Merchant account used for their site, not necessarily that PS specifically chose not to.

I would have imagined that in these stressed financial times companies would be bending over backwards to get more business. Merchant company refuses overseas cards - change them for someone who does.

I have placed about $350 worth of eliquid orders over the last few months - all to the benefit of a chinese company with their hyper-active customer service (Bestecig.com).
Western union payment - EMS courier drops the stuff off in Bahrain usually within 5-7 days only.

I did try to find US suppliers but they didnt seem too interested.
UK suppliers are willing to ship overseas - try libertyflights.co.uk.
