I find it odd commitment of both governments in general to ban e-cigs and cigarettes, but Meanwhile make advertisements beverages on televisions, newspapers and magazines.
Cigarettes are bad is right. E-cigs are much less evil.
Liquor kills, heavy drinkers (for addicts) was killed and also kill, kill in traffic driving drunk, kills the enemy, killed because he fell out with someone and did not know what he was doing!
Here in Brazil is beer advertising on TV, in magazines, on everything, beer also kills. But no one is campaigning against the beer. Beer is not prohibited, alcoholic beverages are generally not banned!

Not against thieves and murderers have so much that neither campaign against e-cigs.
