Here's the Tea, I bought mine at Safeway, Target, King Sooper and Wal-mart.

Lipton® Pyramid Tea

I make the tea, then cut off the edges that are pressed together, cut in half lengthwise, roll tight, put in my cart, and then measure and cut to about 3mm - 3.5mm below the top of my 510 carts.

No need to use a syringe, drip from the top and it'll soak in pretty quick. Brings the juice like Gang Busters in my 510 carts :D

Search the forum for lipton or teabag and you we will find many posts.

I think I want to agree about the longevity of the carts from the factory. They do seem to last longer than a fresh refill.

I have a few brand new (and used) Evo carts. Excellent flavor, good vapor etc. I sometimes use them with my Janty Dura-c/510 because I like the draw. I did the experiment - factory filled versus clean refill. The factory ones lasted longer.

With refilling, you are essentially using a different liquid than it came filled with. I believe it is the ingredients in the e-liquid. Plus the M401 (Evo) carts do not hold as much liquid as other models.

When you come up with an e-liquid that is as good as some of the factory carts I have tried, please let me know.

In the "Tips & Tricks," there's a lot of good info regarding using tea bags or coffee filter strips, which I'm using. The coffee filter strips have worked GREAT for me...I think better than the pre-filled carts. I use an EVO and I love it...I can knock my own socks off with the coffee filter throat hits...whew! Would be nice if the coffee filter strips could be manufactured somehow...I have a heck of a time with my clumbsy fingers trying to roll the little strips, but once accomplished, they work great. Best Wishes!

Stars, go to a craft shop like Michaels and get the tool they use for quilling. It's made to roll strips into as tight or loose a roll as you want. You'll be rolling so fast you just won't believe it!!

Hello guys,

No need to read the whole thread again but here is a new thing that has come up recently with my Evo...

I started dripping about ....a week ago. That solved a lot of problems. I was happy.

Yesterday, or maybe today  I noticed that I have to drip twice as much as I used to....

Now I use the same liquid that I used before but need double the amount.

What could have caused this?

I tried another atomiser.... no big difference... It just disappears in maybe 5-6 puffs and I need to drip again..

If that`s normal I can live with that... but please advise..

Thanks guys

2 drops would = 5-6 minutes for me, I usually use 4-5 drops. When vape starts slowing 4-5 more. On a 402 that is, same atomiser as a 401 just smaller battery.

Some folks have taken to carrying contact lens cases, filling them with juice and dipping the metal wick into it and letting it soak up what it wants to for 5-10 seconds. That works very well too.

You might want to go on over to the 401/evo category of the forum. Lots of info in there about refilling, dripping and dipping etc.

When I bought my NPRO, I used 1 (ONE) cart a day. They were high or Regular, whatever the highest was, 16 or 18 mg. Then I ordered 18mg juice, and was using much more.

Now, I fill a 3ml bottle and monitor my usage that way. I vape about 3ml a day, but have cut from 18 to 9 and will probably cut more soon.
The quantity is just the habit. I always had one lit.

I tried prefilling carts, but they seemed to leak. I am experimenting with a method of prefilling that will prevent leakage.

When I first got mine, I wasn't hitting it like I am now! I didn't hit it until 10:30 in the morning, and then just once in a while. I was getting liquid in my mouth, not getting a good hit, etc. I was satified, but vaping less. I was probably getting more nicotine than I was used to because so many analogs burned up in the ashtray... (that I don't have to clean anymore!!!;))
Then I ordered 18mg, and as I conquered the cig, began vaping more, all the time (like I smoked). I have since cut my nic to 9mg.
I only watch how much I vape in a day.
I smoked 2+ packs of full flavor a day, so I am OK with vaping 3ml of 9mg =27mg per day. Sometimes I am just vaping to vape, (drinking, running my mouth..) so I can go to a lower nicotine then.
I prefilled a bunch of carts when I first got juice. It didn't work. Now I refill/top off my carts.
It gets easier. After 5 weeks, I think I have a handle on it. I love it! I just wish we knew more!!

Thank you for that tip, but are you saying "quilting" or "quilling..." ?Guess I've never heard of quilling, but want to ask for the correct tool. Yah, back in the day -- the old, old days -- I had a heck of a time rolling ANYTHING! and these little tiny coffee filter strips just seem to explode and get away from me...very frustrating. Aaarrgghh!

Quilling...is with paper, Quilting is with cloth. They usually have the quilling supplies over by the section with scrapbooking, beads, misc. crafts, etc. Just ask someone where they are.

Go to this website, you'll see a picture of it and a picture of how the rolls are made:

I was having same problem with the super e-cig from TWEL. I finally found that if I taped one of the small air inlets at the (batt/Atimizer) joint I now get great hits all of the time. I'm going to forward this information to them this week. The super e-cig is a very well made e-cig, I just hope they will fix this in the future..Lee

If you are pre-filling carts for a week at a time, as I do, cap the top of the cart and put a small square of scotch tape on the bottom to cover the hole. I thought I was losing my mind as the carts I thought were full were only half full when I got around to vaping them. Guess the juice evaporates a little or something as Im not noticing this since I started taping the end...might explain why prefill carts come in a plastic wrapper even though the end is capped. Also, vaping habits change as you find your method of vaping. At first I was hitting the thing like a cigarette, small, quick hits. As I started getting more familiar with vaping, I now hit it with a very light draw, slow, and long. So I know im actually using more juice than I was at first. If you are certain the cart is full, but arent getting much life out of it, then its your fill materiel. Try the coffee filters or tea bags and Im sure youll be pleasantly surprised.Tea bags brought new life to my 510 as I was having to top off the cart every hour or so with 4-6 drops. Tea bag method lets me fill with 12 or so drops, and lasts me almost 12 hrs and every hit is like I just topped off. There is some sleep time in there, so its not a full 12 hrs of constant vaping, but I know its at least 8 hrs as I only bring one cart to work with me now. Sorry if this has been covered already, didnt read through everyones responses.
