Why should I reduce Nic level?

Health wise less nicotine would be better but other than that cant see any reason to reduce.

The only reason I have cut down on my nic levels is because my Provari firing the Russian rba was kicking my azz!! After a vape brake at work, I'd go back on the floor and it would take almost an hour to come down. So now I've been vapping 18 mg. 24 was just to much and I couldn't vape the amount I wanted to without feeling woozy.

Well, I have yet to see a study that says nicotine harms your health. Well, it can raise the heart rate. So... I get more exercise with nicotine? .

I vape 6mg when ever I want and so far I'm not feeling bad at all! (I smoked 2 packs a day of ultra light for years)
