I've had my iTaste vv 03 for a week or more and have found the power adjustment that gives the best flavors for each of my atty's and liquids and now when I try them on my fixed voltage Kgos I notice a drastic drop in flavor delivery. I didn't know what I was missing out on before but now that I do I'm afraid that my old Kgo friends are now no more than backups. I'm grateful for where they brought me to but vaping without a vv now seems unappealing. The snowball has begun its decent.

I don't have the hobby bug either - I look at all the stuff and learn about it, even admire it... but in the end I'm really just a low maintenance, practical sort of person. I drove the same little $3500 car for 17 years until it finally died. LOL no one has ever criticized me for that and certainly no one will criticize you if you want to stick with exactly what works for you :)

I'm the exact opposite. I LOVE to tinker, I love working with my hands, I love building stuff and putting things together.

I've played with the prebuilt mods and was left somewhat unimpressed with their results. Now I'm starting to want to get into mechanical mods and RBAs, not because I want a better experience vaping but simply because I would enjoy building a few.

I'm also the person who bought a brand new Mustang in 2011 and had it in my driveway all of about 3 hours before I was removing the interior to rewire the whole stereo system and install different speakers, a sub, and an amp. I've spent 20 hours doing a professional quality paint polish and detail on it before. I just like working with my hands.

But that's me, and I realize most people are not like me. I try to stay away from recommending mods and systems that require a lot of knowledge, effort, or complexities unless a person is specifically asking for that sort of thing. Not everyone wants to turn vaping into a part time job with lots of expenses and no pay.

Tinker-ers are thinkers :) I only dismantle web sites these days but I'm always a little proud when I can bring a server to its knees :D

There is quite a bit of difference with my new setup of the Ego twist and the EVOD tank. MUCH more flavor, almost to the point that I hardly recognize my favorite juice. It also puts out a bit more vapor. It'll take some getting used to, but I think it'll be a thumbs-up.

Thanks for this. I have a regular starter set of egos, and I've been thinking about getting an Ego twist.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it..its as simple as that..if an ego system and a simple clearomizer works for you and does what you want, then stay with it..

Many people never upgrade and are perfectly happy...others people are hobbyists and want to putz around..and others that upgrade , believe if its not fancy or expensive then it must be no good,... or they want to keep up with the Joneses and their buds who upgraded.....

its like golfers...some guys suck and shoot a constant 90, so they go out and buy new Cobras for $1500 and think their score and game will get better...when in reality, U will get the same results using some cheaper Pro Staff Wilsons for $200...sometimes its all in your head...stick with what works for you..
