Why would anyone want to use 3.3v on an eGo Variable instead of 4.xv?

I recently got the eGo T variable battery that switches voltage from 3.3v to 4.something (I forgot)

But from what I hear, the higher voltage make the vape and flavor very "full"; more so than the lower setting.

So my question is, why would the lower voltage be practical? Maybe the tank or carto you're using??

I have a Vision Ego on that is the 2.4-2.9 one, and it works like a charm on the high voltage setting. Don't see the point in using the lower one anymore.

Lower voltage gives a cooler vape. It also allows you to use an LR atty/carto. Some people, myself included, do not enjoy a super hot vape. I currently run my Twist at 4.0V with a 2.4 ohm Vivi Mini. Gives me all the flavor and vapor I want. That is the beauty of VV. Everyone can get what works for them.

Regular eGo fires at 3.3. One reason is the batts will last longer before needing recharge. If one needs a stronger hit then dial it up to 4.2. Has always baffled me as to why someone would buy an eGo that fires at 3.3 when for less $$ they can get a Kgo that fires at 3.7

Very insightful! Thanks guys. While people are looking at this post..I have a small question; one I've been meaning to ask about abbreviations on here.

Sorry for the noobness...but what do VV and PV stand for? I see these all the time and always read them baffled aha

PV= personal vaporizer, VV = variable voltage. If u look some of the abbreviations are underlined, if you hold your mouse over it, it will tell u what it stands for

So we have something to look forward to? That's what I'm telling myself. Much better than "I didn't know better"

EDIT: That said, I've been very happy with my eGo-C. I consider it 90% of smoking, with lots of additional perks.
