one thing that has been eating at me for a while, is why do people say not to reference ecigarettes or the like when paying by paypal or whatever it is? i just dont get that lol can someone please enlighten me about this? and please make it deep. thanks!

You can't use paypal to purchase ecigs. It must be something in their Acceptable Use policy. You can't use it to purchase ecigs but you can use it to buy cigarette papers and cigarette rolling machines. Go figure.

I think this had something to do with people ordering analogs across state lines and not paying their in state taxes, the state wants their money and paypal wanted nothing to do with it.

It's a controlled substance.......cigarettes and nicotine, that is. Same as guns. Paypal won't middle guns cigarettes or nicotine no more than medical pot. I know, I know, FDA hasn't made e-cigs and juice a controlled substance...........yet.

Yet you can use paypal to buy machines to roll your own cigarettes. You can buy cigarette tubes and pay with paypal.

We just want to pay for something with paypal when we buy from another without paypal denying it. Pretty simple really. Not deep at all.

What i find funny is you can use paypal to buy airsoft guns. They are basically replica firearms that shoot plastic BB's. The airsoft guns can cause serious damage if not used correctly. It happens to be my main hobby.

If paypal sees a reference to ecigs on comments, etc. they'll close down the account -sometimes both the buyer and seller... some anti-ecig group got to them to not accept ecig sales, and they complied.
