There's no problems at all buying e-cigs and gear on ebay, cuz as others have pointed out, they're sold as personal vaporizers. Also a lot of e-juice on there, but w/ no nicotine, which they'll usually mention even for the e-cig stuff. It's the same way they sell bongs/bowls/grinders under the category of tobacciana. The e-cig sellers I've dealt w/ on there so far have been more than willing to make sure everything is right too. There's very little risk of you getting ripped off, as these sellers want the good feedback.

i have bought batteries, wick, wire and juice containing nicotine on ebay. never any problem although subsequent juice auctions from the same seller were nuked by ebay. the best coffee juice i tasted was from this seller and we worked it out that i can get the juice direct without going through ebay. check feedback, if its good it should be no problem.

Maybe this is why they're growing more tolerant.
With cash, Sean Parker and Peter Thiel follow NJOY's vapor trail

"... the venture capital firm founded by PayPal co-founder Peter Thiel, is investing roughly $5 million, according to the Wall Street Journal"...

I'd still be careful. If a sale goes south, there could be issues. Hopefully it won't.

I would agree that caution is called for considering that PayPal has a history of shutting down even buyers' accounts for months for buying e-cigs. Thiel's investment in NJOY has not seemed to change PayPal's policies.

So strange how a policy can be in place yet be so blatantly ignored. There are so many sales of e-cig related items on Ebay, it's ridiculous. Provides insight on Ebay policy in general. That is, it appears not to be policed in any legitimate way, which renders it useless. Definitely a buy-at-your-own-risk situation, as it can't be predicted when and if they will decide to enforce ignored protocols.

Any company like that isnt going to moniter those types of sales. They would lose to much money. They just put the policies in place to keep whoever wanted them to happy and everyone turns there head. If they did otherwise they would lose commision on top of the salary they would pay out to moniter there sales more closely. .... i even bought a full pack of camel exotic blends a few years ago directly off of ebay. You can buy wine fairly easily even.

Business is about making money not fallowing guidelines
