I've attached a pict of juice I received today and the same that's two weeks old. The new juice has "sat still" for over 4 hours. I'm interested feedback re: the cloudiness. Coconut? Banana? It's Hawaii Sunrise. No complaints, just would like to understand so I may add to my DIY knowledge.

Oh, it tastes fine.

I've seen that before, sometimes it clears up over time. It's got to be flavoring right?
I had some once that had what looked like sp_rm floating around in it. I know it probably wasn't and I hope that's not too offensive for some of you to see but..... and I was actually trying to think of something else comparable but I can't.That's what it looked like. I gave it all to P.I.F. a couple years ago :p But in my defense I told her exactly the same thing and she said "send it on" me and my stories..I'm becoming my grandfather

Oh wow!! After reading this, then thinking about what I wrote "I had one that was very cloudy and had, what looked like little orange balls floating around all over the top." I have to clarify...I wasn't meaning those kind of balls! LOL

That's why the old is not cloudy. It's steeped for 2 weeks. You could test that and see if and when this new bottle clears up. All juice you buy is not steeped as we call it when you get it. it could have been made the day you made the order and the old could have set around for 2 weeks before they shipped it to you. You don't know the age of the juice unless you make it.

I sent the same pict to the manufacturer. The juice still hasn't cleared up. I wouldn't mind, but the other juice is only 2 weeks older (it's the same flavor). Bottle is not frosted. We'll see I guess.

I missed the "same juice" part. I'm curious as well to see if that clears up. It might not, could be from a different batch! I'm not dissing a vendor with this statement but just making a general "life" observation. Here it is....Your shaving white truffle (3.3 pounds at 330,000) over a delicious entree> falls on floor> picks up 500 bucks and puts on entree....Mixing 5 gallons juice and almost done, whoops used wrong stuff, not much so I'm sure it's still fine.

Again, not directed at this or any particular source but is always a possibility.

It is probably a citrus oil of some sort, given the name. Not uncommon. Try putting it in warm water for a while, and see if it dissolves. It might be a problem, but there are a great many juices that are slightly cloudy like this. If the cloudiness actually separates into another layer, this is a problem. Also, many vendors heavily flavor their liquids, making less soluble compounds, well, less soluble. Oils are less soluble in VG than PG, so depending on the base composition, this could be an issue too. It does not appear to be too concerning to me, however.

No word back from Mike yet. I'm not worried, but the first batch is only 2 weeks older (per the born date) and it came in totally clear... Still as cloudy now. Also received an .5 ounce bottle from another vendor but ordered and paid for a 1 ounce bottle. No return email yet. And another vendor sent me another person's order instead of mine.

A bright spot, though. Bucky from <Buckysbarginvapor.com> over sent me and insisted I keep the extra goodies. That's return customer behavior!

I have ordered juices from various vendors that have been cloudy as well. Some of the flavors cleared up after a few weeks steeping time while others stayed cloudy. As I like to know what exactly is in my juices I have stopped buying vendors juices and moved to DIY almost a year ago. I have only produced one juice that turned cloudy but that was from a pipe tobacco extraction.

It's my fault. I ordered the 30/70 (PG:VG). Huge difference in both taste and viscosity. A note to customers might be helpful--especially to novices such as myself. :)

I ordered another 30ml in 70/30 and will combine. Mike was super attentive, responding immediately to my emails once he got the initial.

I have also fallen for the Truth Serum (he denies any hint of cumin) :) and placed another order for the peach TS. He is not joking when he states on his site to steep it. Amazing difference after a week.

Yea, ROAR.

Hmm, as I posted, the juice is 30 PG :70 VG. I only have a couple 100% VG juices and they are clear. What type of flavorings are oil based? Essential oils are only truly oil if they are in a carrier oil, so...
