hello any one know where i can get spools of silica fibre and wire? and what gauge of wire lets say for 2 to 2.5 ohms?

I got my Kanthal from jugheads, though I only got the cotton wick from him. Looks like Canvape has better pricing on the silica wick. You'll save money from buying through one, just on shipping.
Gauge for 2-2.5 ohms....hm, it depends how many coils you make, and how thick the wick is. 32A kanthal is 1.1 ohms per inch, and I have 3 different rebuilds now ranging from 1.6 - 2.9 ohm. I don't count my coils though, just wrap and test with a multimeter. I use a VV so getting exact ohms every time isn't as much of a concern. That said, get a multimeter to test coils.

You can try ebay...just search for "kanthal wire" and "silica wick" and you should get some hits.

ya i think i will try ebay i dont live in canada anymore I was just wondering what kind of store/s i need to walk into i miss jugheads
