Ok, I have seen where you can use bamboo yarn and cotton.

So my question is, and please dont laugh at me or think I am cheap. But my wife has offered me to use one of her cloth diapers from her stash to allow me to use as wicks, if i can that is.

It is 55%bamboo and 45% organic cotton. Only reason I am considopring this is becuase I already have it and them things are absorbant. Plus i see you can use cotton and bamboo but how about a mixture of the 2?

Any insight in welcome.

Thanks

It would probably wick and work. But ive heard using bamboo as a wick makes the vape taste like bamboo!

Try it? I don't know the answer to your question, but then again.. How many would? I would say give it a go and report your findings. We're not talking big cost here... So why not?

I planned on it tonight when i got off work.. Just wanted to make sure i wasnt goiong to end up inhauling toxic fumes lol.

I use 100% Bamboo wick in 3mm for a variety of "wick work"... so I'll be interested in hearing how it goes with the "diap-a-wick". ;-)

Ill try to get something up tonight about it.

well, let us know how it goes! you might be better off using solely cotton

If this doesnt work, I have plenty of cotton laying around the house.

Seriously... I've read of people using all sorts of materials for wick. So far, the funniest one, that actually worked, was a tea bag. Don't know if it was woven cotton or synthetic or what... hell, rice paper for all I know, but the guy said it worked.

So... although a diaper is easily a close second, the most fascinating thing to me is that your diapers are a bamboo/cotton blend... I had no idea that bamboo was used in that application. Learn something new - almost every day.

Awesome to here. I almost now wish i would have gotten ribbon wire.

My wife could talk your head off about cloth diapers. They are really super duper absorbant. Just google softbum cloth diapers lol or maybe prefolds, heck i dont know its one of those. O and they are soft also.
