has anyone tried this XS-116 Silica Sleeving - Kidney Puncher around the ss mesh ? as long as it hold up and dosnt shed fibers when you vape , it would possibly solve some peoples prob with shorts

LOLOL never used it....
i have heard people trying it though if the wick is prepared correctly it is not needed, but may make setup easier and faster, for people who are short on time or nerves.
I was given a short piece to try, a couple weeks ago. I haven't fooled with it yet. I can build coils pretty well without it, so I just kinda set it aside. It's tricky stuff to work with, from what I've read, because it frays real easily.
