I'd like to know more about your setup. A closeup pic of your build would be extremely helpful.

What atomizer are you using? What mod? What battery are you using, and what is the amp rating?

You said coils. Is this a single or dual or quad coil setup?

Why are you making a 0.32 ohm coil as your first coil? I highly recommend building much higher ohm coils until you have gained more experience and proficiency before entering the sub-ohm realm. Your margin of safety is very slim when using sub-ohms.

I've been doing sub ohm builds for a while now this isn't my first time ever doing a sub ohm build I've jus never had this problem Im using an m16 mech mod with a helios clone atty and a sony vtc4 rated at 30 amps (which at .32 ohms I'm drawing 11 amps so I'm well within the amp limit of my battery)

Oh yea and it is a dual coil build but only one of the coils is still glowing red

Thanks for the additional information, and forgive me for jumping to conclusions about your experience level.

So, is this a single or dual coil? If a dual coil, one of the coils may be a slightly different resistance from the other, so the lower ohm one will burn hotter than the higher resistance one.

If the compression of the micro coil is not adequate and allowing a gap between the loops of wire, this could result in a short and show as a hot spot. Not being able to see your build its hard to determine what could be causing the short.

I agree with the above post by baditude, but to answer your question Usually a wrap or 2 heating up means you don't have enough cotton or a loop is not the same diameter as the others usually lager and not touching any cotton. the cotton saturated with juice is what keeps the coil from glowing, when it runs dry, part or all of a coil will glow giving you a dry hit.

I fixed it I added a bit more cotton under the coils I didn't notice there was a gap between the coils and the deck but now I'm blowin clouds thanks
