Cotton cooking twine from BBY. I do boil it as it's natural unbleached. It is not organic.

I like it because of the ease of threading it into my coil using a bead needle (Hobby Lobby).

I'm a huge fan of rayon, it's sooo fluffy, and very cheap too, I know this has been disgusted in lengthy debates over in other forums I'm involved with but I have had no negative health side effects from this man made cotton,
