In your opintion, what is better........ Running cotton through the coils, or a bed of cotton under the coils and why?

I'd say it's pretty close, but i prefer having cotton through the coils, it just seems to use juice more efficiently. i always wind up with spots in the beds of cotton that either go unused or get burnt. i leave my cotton nice and fluffy (dont pinch the entire wick tight, just roll very loosely) and it wicks fantastically well and tastes great.

Wicked straight through and the excess goes under the coil. Looks kinda like a pretzel. Works good for me.
