I prefer Clouds of Vapor but they are frequently out. You can also try Discount Vapers and Avid Vapers. They both have several options which are very nice. You need to be careful when using a rebuildable atty which type of wick wire you use. Just a basic rule I use is if I am threading a short lead such as those attys that have two screw posts that the coil goes between I use a solid resistance wire. If I am threading a long wire such as Ody 2 or even Penelope I use one that has no resistance leads with the resistant wire making the coil which is just long enough to create the proper ohms. Some places like COV use silver wire for the no resistance leads and solder it to the coil nice and clean. Some use nickle for the no resistance leads and just use heat to attach them which is also clean. However, one way which I find to be only suited for a few attys is one where they use clips to attach the coil to the leads. This tends to cause issues unless you use for only one or two specific attys and IMO seems a bit lazy. You also need to look at wick type. There are several types of wick material (pros and cons for another topic), as well as mesh. You can use single wick like 3mm or multi-wick like two 1.5mm together as a single wick. I have even seen one the suppliers above have the wicks and wire pre-coiled in one long strand with 12 or so coils spread out over a single long wick that you just cut to separate yourself as you go.

Anyway, hope that helps someone. I have used just about every rebuildable out there with exception to a couple new ones that are due to arrive any day now.

Also depends on what you're using it on.

32 is the thickest wire I'd suggest. Thinner is better if you have tight space (like a Vivi Nova)...

here's some 36:
Kanthal A1 resistance wire 36 gauge - $2.99 : Stormys Vapor Cellar, Electronic Cigarettes & More

I know they make 34 in nichrome but I'd stick to Kanthal A1 if possible.

It's a little expensive that way per foot, IMO. But I've ordered from them before and had good service. They have to pay the bills too :)

As mentioned above, there are other sources where you get whole spools. However, I went this way to start with so I could mess with different options in small purchases...when I figure out what I like best, I'll probably order a large spool of it from somewhere.

Note the stainless steel mesh too for wicks. I'm using that rather than silica thread.
