I have a rba I think called bulldog.... anyway, any tips on an easier way to wrap coils that my shaky hands can do?

The Petar K method is the simplest imo. Just find an appropriate sized drill bit & wrap the resistance wire around it.

Helps to flame the wire before wrapping as it relieves some of the tension & it won't try to spring out of shape as easily.
