I've vaped lots of COV juice and I think it's thinner that some 50/50 mixes I've just recently had. The throat hit is going to be much more subdued than you may be getting from your mixed juice, and that may cause you to take longer draws to get the same effect. As a result your going to run into more dry hits, since you are going to need more time for the VG to wick. I won't worry about it, BUT if you buy Boba's Bounty from Alien Visions, that is an all VG juice that you will need to reconsider your entire setup.

Most 100% vg juices aren't quite as thick as pure glycerin, which is very thick, but many come quite close. These can cause issues with wicking, which is why many vendors will thin them with alcohol and/or distilled water. If they aren't wicking well for you, you can thin them yourself. I've never done it, but you'll want to look up how much people use to thin juices because I know it doesn't take much.

Bottom coil, bottom coil, bottom coil. Always see people saying 100% VG doesn't wick well in clearo's. This may well be true with Vivi's and other top coil devices, but those Kangers will be just fine. What you'll want to do is pop the center pin out of the atomizer head, pull one or two of those top wicks off, replace the center pin, and you'll be good to go. If you get any gurgling or flooding, put one of the top wicks back. Easy as pie.

I vape JC Red Oak and Boba's all day and night with Kanger BCC's with no problems whatsoever after that one simple little tweak.
